Official Pix Autographs offers a 30-day window for returns on all unworn fashion items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that personalized or limited-edition signed apparel may be subject to specific final-sale conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all official autograph tags and authenticity certificates are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
